GOUT RELIEF

Sunday, March 13, 2016…..GOUT RELIEF……We all need this once in a while. Im sulfite sensitive and if I eat to much grain, beans or meat, I will get a little gout in my big toe. The easiest cure are all the things mentioned in this article, I do them all except baking soda,(NoNo for sulfite sensitive) and I also do 1000mg Vitamin C capsules, 3 at a time 3 times a day and then it is gone.
