Protein

Being sulfite sensitive I can eat only certain proteins in small amounts, I eat chick peas(garbanzo beans), eggs, natural peanut butter, black beans, pinto beans, small amounts of beef and salmon, and occasionally liverwurst on a matzo cracker. Protein has always been a problem for me since the diagnosis.

This article from Women’s Health Mag. com, gives a quick and easy reference chart of the protein your eating. If not getting enough find other ways to add to your diet.  http://www.womenshealthmag.com/nutrition/protein-sources#.
