Being sulfite sensitive I can eat only certain proteins in small amounts, I eat chick peas(garbanzo beans), eggs, natural peanut butter, black beans, pinto beans, small amounts of beef and salmon, and occasionally liverwurst on a matzo cracker. Protein has always been a problem for me since the diagnosis.
