Sulfite Sensitive Reaction
I was making breakfast before I ran my errands this morning. I made a 2 egg omelet, and I can usually put a little Queso Fresco (Mexican Block Cheese, it crumbles like feta cheese . Its all natural with no additives just enzymes and milk. I put very little in the omelet, so I barely get an essence of cheese. Since I have not used it for a long time, I got a smidgen to much and an hour later I can feel a swelling in my eyebrow and under my eye(right only)
So the first thing I do with any reaction is to have some black coffee, it opens the airways, take a Benedryl. I then go for my Emergency Kit which contains; Sub lingual B12-B6 and Folate or Folic Acid, Molybedeum 2) 100 mcg capsules, and Vitamin C 1000 mg. I take 4-6 capsules for a reaction of Vitamin C, I take 3-5 sublingual B-12 per reaction.
If I catch it right away the reaction will not go crazy, and will eventually subside. However, if I get caught out without my recovery supplies, I could get myself in trouble. So dont get caught with out access to your recovery supplies list above.
Just another day in the life of, Sulfite Sensitive Me!
